TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions listed below are for consumer (or “individual”) customers only.  If you have a wholesale account, please click here to review your terms and conditions.  Sale is contingent on customer’s acceptance of Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

SHIPMENTS

All orders received by 2pm EST, will be shipped the same day. Orders are normally shipped via UPS or USPS. Seller will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. A written authorization number must be obtained by contacting sales@waldorfclothing.com.   A written authorization number must be obtained for all returns.  You can do it by filling out the RA form or contacting sales@waldorfclothing.com.  All unmarked packages / cartons will be refused. No altered merchandise will be accepted (ie: laundered, embellished or modified in any way). Only goods that have not been altered in any way will be considered for return. All sales are final on Clearance items and they are non-returnable.  Customer shall notify Waldorf Clothing in writing WITHIN 10 DAYS OF CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer, including without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality or specifications.  Waldorf Clothing shall not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party other than customer.

DISCLAIMER

Waldorf Clothing cannot guarantee variances in size, construction, color and shade of stock inventory. Waldorf Clothing hereby disclaims all expressed and implied warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. All such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded from any and all transactions between client and Waldorf Clothing and shall not apply to the merchandise sold by Waldorf Clothing.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of shipping. Waldorf Clothing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics. All orders are subject to availability.

Client is responsible for all shipping and freight charges, FOB Waldorf Clothing warehouse.

CLAIMS

Claims for shortages and/or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt.

CONFIRMATIONS

If you did not receive a confirmation, we did not receive your order. Waldorf Clothing will not pay for expedited shipments on orders that were not confirmed. Please contact sales@waldorfclothing.com if you did not receive a confirmation.
